Entry standard

Four gates. All must clear.

QCA does not fire on a single condition. Every signal is a consensus across the full cognitive layer.

GATE 01 REGIME Market structure must show directional conviction — bull or bear. Flat regime: no signal.

GATE 02 SLOPE Trend velocity must be positive in the signal direction. Fires into momentum, never against it.

GATE 03 CONFIDENCE Cognitive certainty must clear a configured floor. Lower confidence = no signal, not a weakened one.

GATE 04 FEE VIABILITY Expected edge must exceed round-trip fee cost. Marginal signals that don't clear fees are suppressed.

Transparency

Every signal, publicly logged.

The complete signal ledger is public — direction, confidence, pair, and timestamp for every signal fired. No cherry-picking. No private track record. The engine shows its work.
